1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supply Chain Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supply Chain Hub is a subscription-based platform providing supply chain professionals with tools including:

• Curated supply chain news and industry articles
• Global job listings in logistics and supply chain
• AI-powered supply chain assistant (SC Agent)
• Community discussion forums
• Real-time currency converter
• Supply chain prompt library

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at €3.99 per month, billed through PayPal.

• Billing: Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account Settings. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period. After 3 consecutive failed payments, access is suspended.
• Price changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

One account per person. You may not share your account credentials with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post spam, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content in the community
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Share, sell, or sublicense your account access to third parties
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate other users or Supply Chain Hub staff

6. Community Content

By posting content in our community forums, you grant Supply Chain Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. AI Features

The AI assistant (SC Agent) is provided for informational purposes only. Responses should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or operational advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

If you provide your own AI API keys, you are responsible for compliance with the respective provider's terms of service. Your keys are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Supply Chain Hub. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supply Chain Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws applicable in your country of residence. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting our support team.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
